Final Graduation Project presented at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo in 2018.
Biography of Built Space: A Graphic Translation of the Passage of Time in Architecture is a research project on how architecture can incorporate the transformations that are inherent due to the passage of time and changes in use, dissociating it from the concept of permanence. Through the graphic representation of an unused building in downtown São Paulo, the project aims to demonstrate how the space has changed throughout its existence.
After investigating the building's pasts, possible futures — even if fantastical — were imagined for the space. The complete work can be accessed here.
